Stress-Free Dog Boarding: What to Expect at Canine To Five

Whether you’re heading out for a relaxing vacation, hosting family and friends, or simply need some time away, finding reliable care for your dog is a top priority. Canine To Five is here to provide safe, stress-free boarding for your pup, giving you peace of mind while you focus on your plans.

For those new to Canine To Five, we understand how tough it can be to trust someone with your beloved dog. That’s why we’ve designed a smooth, transparent check-in process, ensuring your dog gets the care and attention they deserve from the moment they arrive.

Here’s what you can expect when you check in at Canine To Five:

A Warm Welcome and Personalized Care

When you arrive, our experienced and friendly staff will greet you and your dog. Whether it’s your first visit or you’re a returning client, we treat every dog like family.

During check-in, we’ll confirm the details of your dog’s stay, including any special instructions, dietary needs, or medications. Providing this information ensures your pup receives the best care possible, tailored specifically to their needs.

To help us serve you better, please keep the following in mind:

  • Label your pup’s belongings: To keep everything organized, please label all items with your dog’s first and last name.
  • Medications: If your dog takes any non-life sustaining, veterinary-prescribed medication, kindly bring it in its original prescription bottle.
  • Food preparation: For your dog’s meals, we recommend pre-bagging meals by portion (e.g., one baggie for AM feeding and one for PM feeding).

These small steps help us streamline the check-in process and focus on what matters most: providing top-notch care for your dog!

Comfortable Accommodations and Safety First

Your dog’s safety and comfort are our top priority. Our clean, cozy spaces are designed for relaxation after a busy day of play and socializing. To ensure a restful night, our overnight attendants provide continuous monitoring and care, so your pup can sleep soundly throughout the night.

Whether your dog is new to boarding or a seasoned guest, we take extra steps to ensure they feel secure and at ease in our care.

Engaging Activities for Happy Dogs

Dogs thrive on routine, and even when you’re away, we make sure they stay engaged with structured play, socialization, and exercise. From group play to solo snuggles with our staff, your pup will enjoy a fun-filled day that keeps them happy and well-exercised.

You can also check in on your dog’s adventures with webcam access and daily photos shared in our Pet Parent Facebook Groups, so you’ll always be in the loop.

Fast, Easy Drop-Off and Pick-Up

We know your schedule is busy, so we’ve streamlined our check-in and check-out process to make your experience as quick and easy as possible. Make your reservation through our online customer portal to select services and leave notes ahead of time. Before your visit, you’ll receive a pre-check form to finalize any last-minute details, speeding up the check-in process.

When you arrive, our team will review your reservation with you to confirm everything is in order, giving you peace of mind that your pup is all set for their stay. Flexible scheduling options ensure you can drop off and pick up at convenient times.

Secure Your Spot Today—Spaces Fill Quickly!

Our boarding spots fill up quickly, especially during busy times when kids are out of school. Be sure to book early to guarantee your dog’s spot in our care while you enjoy your time away.

If this is your dog’s first time with us, they’ll need to schedule an evaluation day before boarding. This helps us ensure they’re comfortable and well-prepared for a successful stay.

At Canine To Five, your dog’s happiness and well-being are our top priority. We’re here to give you peace of mind while you enjoy everything life has to offer!
