Every grooming appointment is tailored to your dog’s coat type, comfort level, and grooming goals. Some dogs come in needing a simple cleanup and brush-out, while others need heavier coat maintenance after weeks of winter buildup or shedding.

Grooming Hours & Booking
Between work schedules, daycare drop-offs, and everything else that comes with caring for a dog, we try to make grooming appointments as flexible as possible for busy pet parents. Our grooming salons operate Monday through Saturday, with morning drop-off windows that make it easier to fit a grooming day into your normal routine.
Grooming Drop-Off Hours:
Monday–Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Walk-In Nail Trims:
Available Monday–Saturday from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Many pet parents also pair grooming appointments with daycare so their dogs can play, socialize, and burn off energy before pickup. It is an especially popular option for younger dogs and high-energy pups already spending time with us throughout the week.
Requirements & Salon Policies
Here are a few helpful salon policies to keep in mind before your appointment.
- Vaccination Requirements
Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP vaccinations must be up to date before grooming appointments.
- Health Requirements
Dogs visiting our grooming salons cannot be pregnant or in heat and should be able to stand comfortably during portions of the grooming process.
- Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for notice by 4:00 PM the evening before your appointment. Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-show appointments may be subject to cancellation fees before future bookings.
- Right To Refuse Service
If a dog becomes overly uncomfortable or unsafe during their appointment, our grooming teams may pause or decline services for everyone’s safety.
- After-Hours Pickup
Dogs staying past closing may need to board overnight and will be charged accordingly.
